These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) apply to the purchase and sale of products and services through the tangmacraftsmans.com (the “Site”). dba TANGMA CRAFTSMAN (“TANGMA CRAFTSMAN”, “we”, “us”, or “our”.) )。 These Terms may be changed at any time in its sole discretion without prior written notice. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We are under no obligation to sell products and/or services to you unless we accept an order. You agree that your order is an offer to purchase all products and/or services listed in the order and is subject to these Terms. Even if we send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the goods you ordered, we may, at our sole discretion, not accept the order.

We will assist customers in canceling orders that have not yet been shipped and are not marked as custom orders/non-refundable items. Shipped items cannot be cancelled or modified. Cancellation orders should be submitted on the same day the order was placed to avoid order cancellation/replenishment fees. Cancellations can be made through our customer service or sales team, which can be contacted by phone.

Your request will be processed as soon as possible, but please note that sometimes products will be shipped faster than expected. ORDERS THAT ARE CANCELLED AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN FULLY PROCESSED OR SHIPPED WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 30% CANCELLATION/RESTOCKING FEE PLUS ANY SHIPPING COSTS INCURRED BY VAUTOPART. If the product was ordered from or shipped from our supplier, all shipping and handling charges and a 30% restocking fee will be charged to your order.

Once installation/manufacturing has begun, non-returnable products cannot be cancelled or modified.

Best Price Guarantee

We search other websites to provide you with the best prices on wheels and accessories. You may find other sites advertising lower prices, and if the site has stock, we’ll match or exceed theirs. Before you ask us to match the price of another website, they must be an authorized dealer of the wheel brand, they must have the exact wheel stock with the correct offset and size, and the price must be in writing. We don’t judge based on screenshots of checkout carts, emails, or listening to others. We reserve the right to call the merchant you are comparing prices to check prices and availability. We do not accept price matches from websites that do not advertise proper MAP pricing, and we reserve the right to refuse to provide a guarantee if we believe the site is a fraudulent site or is not an authorized reseller.

Prices and payment terms

(1) Published prices do not include taxesor shipping and handling. All such taxes will be added to your item total and will be itemized in your shopping cart and order confirmation email. We do our best to ensure that the prices on our website are accurate and up-to-date. Sometimes there are typing errors. If you find that the prices on our website don’t look right or are too good to be true (e.g., $500.00 wheels are listed at $5.00), you may be wrong. As soon as we find an error, we will correct it immediately. We reserve the right to refuse, discontinue, cancel, deny or limit the quantity of any order due to any and all pricing errors. We will notify you if there is a price difference in the products you ordered. If your credit card or PayPal account is charged and the products ordered are not available, we will make every effort to issue an immediate refund. All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on this website are subject to change without notice. The price of the product or service is the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be listed in your order confirmation email. The price increase will only apply to orders placed after such changes.

(2) Any promotions/discounts cannot be used in conjunction and are subject to availability and may be cancelled and/or amended at any time without prior notice. From time to time, a promotion/discount may end abruptly with the start of another promotion/discount and we reserve the right to refuse to honour such promotion or discount if such promotion/discount no longer applies. In the event of a pricing conflict, the promotional/discount terms will supersede those terms.

(3) For all purchases, we accept payment through our credit card transaction payment provider PayPal or our financing providers Affirm, Progressive Leasing, Synchrony, etc. Payment terms are at our sole discretion and unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, we must receive payment prior to acceptance of the order. You represent and warrant that:

(a) the credit card information you provide is true, correct and complete;

(b) you have been duly authorized to make purchases using such credit card;

(c) the fees you incur will be borne by your credit card company;

(d) Regardless of the price quoted on the Website at the time you place your order, you will pay the fees you incur, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any, at the published price.

Product Availability

We go to great lengths to ensure that the products on our website are accurate and up-to-date. Like most custom auto parts websites, we offer a wide range of auto parts styles from multiple manufacturers. Some of these auto parts we have in stock, and most of them can be obtained from the manufacturer’s stock. Not all styles, colors, sizes, offsets, or bolt patterns are readily available. Our inventory, as well as the inventory of our manufacturers, is constantly changing. We do our best to remove discontinued styles and add new ones, but keeping them updated is an ongoing process and we do our best to keep them up to date. We reserve the right to refuse, discontinue, cancel, refuse or limit the quantity of any order due to the product being out of stock. If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you. If your credit card or PayPal account is charged and the product ordered is out of stock, we will make every effort to issue an immediate refund. We thank you for your understanding of this matter.

Fraud Prevention

We employ fraud prevention techniques, including verifying your payment account and address confirmation. We may also use third parties to help us verify, analyze or assess the risk of any order placed on our website. We reserve the right to refuse or refuse any order without giving any reason. Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been processed and packaged, we will arrange for the products to be shipped to you. We offer specific delivery options, but some options may be limited depending on your location. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Shipping and handling charges include the costs we incur in processing, handling, packing, shipping, and delivering your order. Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.

We typically ship within 48-72 hours after receiving the cleared PayPal or credit card payment and the confirmed address by 5pm PST on a business day. Sometimes the shipping time is longer: out-of-stock items, items that fail quality checks, etc. If there is a foreseeable delay in the shipment, we will notify the customer.

To ensure fast and safe delivery, we use FedEx, DHL, USPS, UPS, and a variety of ground/air and freight services. The available shipping methods may vary depending on the destination. Other products require more time, usually due to physical location, carrier or warehouse accessibility, and/or other conditions beyond the control of the shipping provider. For custom or custom products, shipping times vary widely, as they may require fabrication, painting, modification, and/or assembly.

Oversized products must be transported by truck/LTL, unlike ground transportation. Note: These oversized items require inspection and signature upon delivery.

All shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Military Post Office, Guam, and the Virgin Islands may require additional shipping charges.

All shipments to international destinations are subject to additional shipping charges, which may not be charged until after the order has been placed. The recipient is responsible for paying all applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.

Title and Risk of Loss

Once we have transferred the product to the carrier, title and risk of loss will pass to you. Shipment and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for any shipment delays.

Returns and Refunds

With the exception of any product designated as final sale or non-returnable on the Site, we may accept returns and refund your purchase price, less the applicable restocking fee (30%), provided that such return is made within seven (7) days of the original receipt of the item and the product is in its original condition.

Once you receive all the products, inspect them for damage. It is your responsibility to pre-install the wheel-only order onto the vehicle prior to installing the tires. Once the tires have been installed, wheel-only orders will not be returned/refunded.
For wheel and tire set purchases, it is your responsibility to test the product before driving it. Once the wheel and tire set is installed on the vehicle, we will not accept any returns. Please share assembly issues before placing an order.
For suspension and accessory items, any traces of installation or attempted installation items are non-returnable and will be returned to the sender without refund, except in connection with the warranty.

To initiate the return/refund process, please contact us for a return authorization. Once approved, all items must be returned within fourteen (14) days. Payment will be refunded to the original form of payment, minus all fees. Please allow fourteen (14) days for payment to be received once the product is returned.

We will not issue refunds if the item is damaged due to improper packaging during return shipping. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the wheels are properly packed and to prevent damage.

We do not accept returns for special order auto parts or second-hand items.

All items must be approved for a refund and a Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to return.

Please contact us for an RA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, packaging and shipping instructions. Returned items without an RA number will be rejected and any shipping/shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

For orders delivered in goods destined for international destinations, the initial shipping and return fees will be deducted from your refund if the reason for the return is that the customer no longer needs or wants the product, purchased the wrong product with the correct description, or for any reason that is not a TANGMA CRAFTSMAN error. Prepaid shipping labels may be provided on a case-by-case basis.

Products that require freight, LTL, or international shipping may accept valid returns, but please note that shipping costs will be determined based on the carrier’s estimate, which can be much higher and may result in shipping costs exceeding the cost of the product.

Please also note that the coordination of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. In the event of an error with TANGMA CRAFTSMAN, a return shipping label will be provided.

Any return related to a defect, damage, assembly, or other defect will sometimes require additional inspection. Depending on the product, we may also ask you to return the product to the source for inspection. If you give your product to your own mechanic and provide a report, we reserve the right to request verification and send the product back to the source for additional inspection.

Any incorrect parts must not be assembled, installed, or modified in any way. Any traces of assembly, installation or alteration will be considered non-refundable/non-returnable.

A few exceptions to items that cannot be returned include:

Customized orders.

Custom wheels and all conversion kits.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect goods

Although TANGMA CRAFTSMAN does its best to ensure that the products purchased are flawless and perfectly fit at the time of the first purchase, there are times when the products may be damaged in transit, defective on the assembly line, or otherwise simply incorrect due to factors beyond our control.

Unfortunately, sometimes the product may be damaged due to improper handling during shipping. We ask that you contact one of our customer service representatives, who will assist you with the necessary steps.

When you receive your package, inspect all packages for defects or damage. If you receive a defective or damaged item, take as many photos of the product and packaging as possible, note the damage on the shipper’s receipt, notify the shipping company and submit a damage claim form. If necessary, we can assist with this process. Please notify us promptly so that we can send you a replacement once all claims have been resolved. All damage claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

For defective returns, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty that came with the product or their respective websites.

 If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product that is not due to the customer’s fault, do not attempt to use, install, modify, or repair the part. Please contact our customer service team who will assist you throughout the process, work with you, and find the best solution to your problem.

If an exchange or replacement is required, once you contact our customer service team, our team will work with you to help close the deal. During this time, we may ask you to provide photos or videos of specific damages, defects, or assembly issues in order to properly process your request, assess the problem and root cause, and determine the best next steps.

If accepted, we will provide you with a prepaid return label to allow you to return a defective, damaged, or incorrect product. Upon return, we will inspect the parts, which may require additional evidence such as photos, videos, or assessments, and will process an exchange or replacement after confirming that the defective, damaged, or incorrect product is not the fault of the customer. We ask our customers to be patient with this process, as it may take an unforeseen time to resolve an issue involving a wheel manufacturer or a shipping/freight company.

Products must be shipped within 3 days of final approval for return or exchange. Please note that products must be in their original packaging, and there are additional requirements for products shipped by freight.

Please note that returns, refunds, or exchanges in this section do not apply to warranty claims. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer, and each manufacturer’s warranty period, terms and conditions, and timeline vary. While warranty claims vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, TANGMA CRAFTSMAN will make every effort to help customers make valid warranty claims.

Manufacturer’s Warranties and Disclaimers

We do not manufacture or control any of the products or services offered on our website. The availability of products or services through our website does not imply that we are associated with or endorsed by any product, service or manufacturer. Therefore, we do not provide any warranties for the products or services offered on our website. However, the products and services offered on our website are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Our sole and maximum liability, and your sole and exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the products and/or services ordered through the Site.

Consumers have the right to provide feedback on any product or service received at their sole discretion. (3) If you notify us in writing of your intent within 60 days of purchase, you may elect to file a claim in small claims court instead of arbitration. Arbitration or small claims court proceedings will be limited to your personal dispute or controversy.

(4) You agree to arbitrate on an individual basis. In any Dispute, neither you nor TANGMA CRAFTSMAN will have the authority to join or consolidate claims made by or against other customers in court or arbitration, or to participate in any claims as class representatives, class members, or private attorneys general. The arbitral tribunal may not consolidate the claims of multiple persons and shall not preside over any form of representative or class action. The arbitral tribunal shall have no authority to consider the enforceability of this Class Arbitration Waiver, and any challenge to the Class Arbitration Waiver may only be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of this Arbitration Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the unenforceable provision will be severed and the remaining arbitration provisions will be enforced.

These Terms do not and are not intended to confer any rights or remedies on anyone other than you.

Notices

(1)  We may provide you with any notices under these Terms by sending a message to the
email address you have provided. Notices sent by email will be effective when we send the email, and notices we provide by post will be effective when they are posted. It is your responsibility to keep your email address up to date.

(2)  In order to give notice to TANGMA CRAFTSMAN in accordance with these Terms, you must contact us by personal delivery, overnight courier or registered or registered mail, and we may update the notice address by posting a notice on the Site. Notices served in person will be effective immediately. Notices provided by overnight courier will take effect one business day after they are sent. Notices given by certified mail or registered mail will be effective within three business days of being sent.

All implied warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed. This warranty is void upon transfer of ownership of any product by the original retail purchaser. No warranty or statement by anyone other than the manufacturer shall be binding.

Before installing and buying our auto parts, please test the installation of all the accessories on the vehicle. If there are any problems with our accessories, please do not install them. If you have installed it, the accessories are yours. The customer is solely responsible for the installation of the purchased auto parts from us. The specifications provided for the purchase of our auto parts (including offset, finish, wheel width, bolt pattern size) are accurate, but the final installation is the responsibility of the customer. Be sure to consider caliper clearance, nut size or bolt size/length, vehicle ride height, and vehicle age/condition. It is highly recommended to seek professional installation and installation advice. Some vehicles may require additional modifications. TANGMA CRAFTSMAN is not responsible for any losses and will not be liable for any additional costs, labor, losses or damages arising from the products purchased from TANGMA CRAFTSMAN, except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions. This disclaimer applies to all events and all circumstances.

In addition to the above general disclaimer, TANGMA CRAFTSMAN specifically disclaims the following categories of damages:

Additional costs incurred due to any labor costs associated with the product. Specifically, TANGMA CRAFTSMAN does not pay for any labor costs associated with the product.

TANGMA CRAFTSMAN will not compensate for any loss of use of the vehicle, loss of time to and from the garage, post office, specialists, etc., loss of working time due to the use of the vehicle for work, customer regrets, restrictions on the product at some point after purchase, additional costs related to the transportation and storage of the product (including losses related to late delivery).

While we strive to avoid any errors, omissions, or misrepresentations on the TANGMA CRAFTSMAN website, we reserve the right to cancel any undelivered order based on inaccurate information.

Please keep in mind that this disclaimer applies to all products offered on the TANGMA CRAFTSMAN website, and in the event of any conflicting terms contained on a particular page of the website, the terms in these Terms and Conditions and the disclaimer shall control.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, illegal, void or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms.

Some of these auto parts we have in stock, and most of them can be obtained from the manufacturer’s stock. Not all styles, colors, sizes, offsets, or bolt patterns are readily available. Our inventory, as well as the inventory of our manufacturers, is constantly changing. We do our best to remove discontinued styles and add new ones, but keeping them updated is an ongoing process and we do our best to keep them up to date. Shipping & Delivery

Oversized products must be transported by truck/LTL, unlike ground transportation. Note: These oversized items require inspection and signature upon delivery.

Title and Risk of Loss

Once we have transferred the product to the carrier, title and risk of loss will pass to you. Shipment and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for any shipment delays.

Returns and Refunds

With the exception of any product designated as final sale or non-returnable on the Site, we may accept returns and refund your purchase price, less the applicable restocking fee (30%), provided that such return is made within seven (7) days of the original receipt of the item and the product is in its original condition.

Once you receive all the products, inspect them for damage. It is your responsibility to pre-install the wheel-only order onto the vehicle prior to installing the tires. Once the tires have been installed, wheel-only orders will not be returned/refunded.
For wheel and tire set purchases, it is your responsibility to test the product before driving it. Once the wheel and tire set is installed on the vehicle, we will not accept any returns. Please share assembly issues before placing an order.
For suspension and accessory items, any traces of installation or attempted installation items are non-returnable and will be returned to the sender without refund, except in connection with the warranty.

To initiate the return/refund process, please contact us for a return authorization. Once approved, all items must be returned within fourteen (14) days. Payment will be refunded to the original form of payment, minus all fees. Please allow fourteen (14) days for payment to be received once the product is returned.

We will not issue refunds if the item is damaged due to improper packaging during return shipping. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the wheels are properly packed and to prevent damage.

We do not accept returns for special order auto parts or second-hand items.

All items must be approved for a refund and a Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to return.

Please contact us for an RA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, packaging and shipping instructions. Returned items without an RA number will be rejected and any shipping/shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

For orders delivered in goods destined for international destinations, the initial shipping and return fees will be deducted from your refund if the reason for the return is that the customer no longer needs or wants the product, purchased the wrong product with the correct description, or for any reason that is not a TANGMA CRAFTSMAN error. Prepaid shipping labels may be provided on a case-by-case basis.

If you give your product to your own mechanic and provide a report, we reserve the right to request verification and send the product back to the source for additional inspection.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect goods

Although TANGMA CRAFTSMAN does its best to ensure that the products purchased are flawless and perfectly fit at the time of the first purchase, there are times when the products may be damaged in transit, defective on the assembly line, or otherwise simply incorrect due to factors beyond our control.

Unfortunately, sometimes the product may be damaged due to improper handling during shipping. We ask that you contact one of our customer service representatives, who will assist you with the necessary steps.

When you receive your package, inspect all packages for defects or damage.
