At TANGMA CRAFTSMAN TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED, many of our products are automotive modification parts, body kits, lighting systems, interior upgrades, multimedia components, steering wheels, LCD speed meters, and SUV electric running boards. Because some items are custom-made, made-to-order, or prepared according to vehicle model, fitment, and destination market, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  • The item must be returned in resalable condition, including accessories, manuals, brackets, hardware, or protective materials where applicable.
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
  • Returns must be approved by our team before shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable unless they are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied by us:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products
  • Special-order body kits, bumpers, grilles, diffusers, spoilers, or lighting assemblies
  • Products customized by vehicle version, chassis code, left-hand drive / right-hand drive, or regional specification
  • Items that have already been installed, painted, modified, drilled, coded, or used
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing parts

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective, or different from your confirmed order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please send the following to our customer service team:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos and/or videos of the item
  • Photos of the outer carton and shipping label
  • A brief description of the issue

After review, we will provide a suitable solution, which may include replacement parts, replacement shipment, partial refund, full refund, or another reasonable after-sales resolution, depending on the specific case.

4. Return Procedure

  1. Email or message us first to request return authorization.
  2. Our team will review the case and confirm whether the item is eligible for return.
  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
  4. Do not send any item back without written confirmation from us.
  5. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, PayPal, or card issuer.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake, including wrong shipment or verified product defect.
  • If the returned item is not in its original approved condition, we reserve the right to reject the refund or apply a reasonable deduction.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged during transportation, or the wrong item was sent by us.

For large-size automotive parts such as bumpers, body kits, hoods, fenders, or oversized cartons, return freight can be expensive due to volumetric weight. We strongly recommend contacting us before initiating any return shipment.

7. Order Refusal, Failed Delivery, and Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, consignee name, and import information are correct before placing an order. If a parcel is returned because of incorrect address information, failed delivery, refusal to accept the parcel, or failure to complete customs clearance, any additional shipping, storage, return freight, or related charges may be deducted from the refund.

8. Customs Duties and Import Charges

For international shipments, import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, and other destination-country charges are the buyer’s responsibility. These government or customs charges are not considered product defects and are not grounds for free return or full refund.

9. Installation and Fitment Notice

Many automotive modification parts require professional installation, test fitting, wiring adaptation, coding, painting, or workshop adjustment before final use. We are not responsible for issues caused by improper installation, unauthorized modification, local compatibility assumptions, or installation carried out without prior inspection.

Customers are encouraged to confirm vehicle year, model, chassis code, and regional version before ordering. If needed, contact us before purchase for fitment confirmation.

10. Exchange Policy

We do not automatically guarantee direct exchanges for all products. If you need a replacement or a different model, please contact us first. Approved cases will be handled individually according to stock availability, product type, and shipping practicality.

11. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before production, packing, or dispatch begins. If the item is already custom-produced, packed, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible, or a restocking / handling deduction may apply.
